At MYT Craft Studio, all items are made to order. Because of this, we maintain a clear and fair return policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Color variations due to screen differences
  • Personal preference after receiving the item

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong product

To request support, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

3. Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer:

  • A replacement OR
  • A refund

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Carrier delays
  • Normal wear and tear after delivery
